Asus AX58U Set AP Isolated

I set up a guest network, with about 5 guests, on the Asus AX58U (firmware ver 2.438) router. I enabled "set AP isolated" under Wireless > Professional settings. Now, does it restrict devices on the entire network or guest network from communicating and seeing one another?
 
This is a global setting for the radio interface. All wireless clients will be isolated from each other.
