I personally only know Broadcom's apples, they seem sweeter, but again, I don't know Qualcomm's oranges.
Have you tried it? How about the unit itself and the software alltogether?
They each have their own strengths and weaknesses. Qualcomm got MU-MIMO working long before Broadcom, but Broadcom's latest platform provides much better CPU-bound performance than Qualcomm (for things like VPN). Also some clients work better with Qualcomm, while others will work better with Broadcom.
There's no clean cut which is better, it's totally situational, and in general, they're more or less the same.
