Asus GT-AXE11000 aimesh with RT-AX88U

Hello all! I'm new to the forums and I'm looking for feedback about aimesh using the GT-AXE11000. I bought this router as an upgrade from my ax88u and I'm planning to use the 88u as a node. Anybody tried this 2 router combination? And what do I need to watch out for?
