Hi guys, just recently bought an asus ac88 PCE card

I am unable to share my wifi connection using mobile access point. (windows 10)

Anyone knowledgeable about this problem ? Is there a bypass so I could use my wifi card as an access point ?

thanks.

This is way more complex than that, because it is related to the drivers. I've already done everything listed on the website you provided, and nothing actually worked.

It seems that Asus did not implement the support of access point within the drivers (hosted network mode isn't allowed and there is no way to turn that on - except one trick that I haven't tested yet).

So my two questions are :

- anyone knows if there are pce ac88 card drivers supporting hosted network mode FOR WINDOWS 10, or planned to be released by Asus ( i doubt, latest driver is from 2018)
- anyone knowledgeable knows how to enable hosted network mode so I can use the card as an access point (modifying .inf file or tricking windows ?)

thanks.
