ASUS RC AC66U Parents Control in minutes

I'm about to setup a RC AC66U router from ASUS, this router has parental controls so that from a Mac Address can set a time schedule for when the device can be on the web. This time schedule working full hours,, does anyone know how to make it into a smaller unit as quarters or minutes, or how to change the time manualley with -15 minutes så it shut down 09:45
