Asus RT-AC3100 hardware revisions

I just got a Asus RT-AC3100 hardware revision A2.

Is that the latest hardware revision or should I go hunting for another one?

Just came back from the store where I saw an Asus RT-AC3100 revision A5.

Any idea what the difference between the A2 and A5 hardware revisions are?

No, but the higher the number don't in any way mean its a better product. In fact usually its the opposite.

Lot of times these are either minor BOM changes, or a change in manf facility... many times it's not even a BOM change, just moving to a different line or facility...

The rev is part of the PLM software used to track when/where/what the product is.
