Asus RT-AC5300 Nat Acceleration Auto or disable?

Hello

I have an Asus rtac5300 i just wanted to know what you think about this setting?

I have an 105 megabit/s down and 19 megabit/s upload.
So for lowest latency should i enable or disable it right now i have it on auto and it says CTF (Cut Through Forwarding) is enabled.
