Asus RT-AC56U router questions on firewall filtering & port forwarding

port range= 8000:9000

if you don't have enough room still, you'll have to use a custom script with iptables and asuswrt-merlin
 
the local port is when you want to forward to a different inside port. leave it blank, particularly for port ranges
