ASUS RT-AC68P Firmware version 3.0.0.4.380.1031 bug?

No devices can connect to my routers 2.4GHz network when I have this FW installed. 5GHz seems to work fine. Is anyone else having this issue or have any troubleshooting advice? Everything seems to work again if I "update" the FW again to the previous release.

I installed that firmware on 2 x AC68's and had the same issue (one is default, other is repeater mode), i tried a hard reset and made no difference, not even the other router could connect let alone other devices.
