Recently purchased my asus rt-ac68r and it worked great for about a week. Today the signal is so poor its -70dBm 2 feet away from my laptop using inSSIDer. I've tried many suggestions in other posts i read and nothings changed. I've hard factory reset and used both asus firmware and then reset again using the new merlin build. I have a feeling it might have gone bad. Does any one have any suggestions on setting that might help would be greatly appreciated.
