Hi All,
I'm now on my second RT-AC87U. I'm trying to use it in place of my previous RT-AC66U and RT-AC68U.
I'm using the RT-AC87U as a wireless access point and NAS on an LAN IP address of 192.168.3.2.
My main router is a Draytek 2860n on 192.168.3.1.
Every few hours, my internet connection virtually goes down. My switch shows heavy traffic between my router and the RT-AC87U. This is when there is only background wireless traffic from a couple of android devices. My main wired internet goes down.
If I turn off the RT-AC87U or disconnect the LAN cable, access to my router is restored.
I've tried the RT-AC87U in both AP mode and router mode (with DHCP turned off etc.)
Any suggestions please? I have the latest firmware and am really exasperated at how unstable this thing is.
Many thanks,
Andy
