    Hi all,
I do run a voip app on my Android device, but sometimes the audio quality struggle.
After contacting the support department of that app, they asked me to open the port.

    For RTP from port 15000-30000
    For SIP port 5061

How exactly do I do that?

I can see, that I do have WAN/Virtual Server/Port Forwarding. I guess I have to activate that process.
I guess I have to use the custom configuration, but what exactly to do here?

For which IP address do I open up then, for my Android device?

    best regards

I don't think forcefully opening ports is the answer (unless they're blocked).

Any reason why you're not on 384.16_0 release final? :)
