That's normal internet port scanning/hacking attempts. Turn off logging, it's pointless seeing those messages.
 
The other MAC address is that of the device your router's WAN port is connected to, e.g. a cable modem. The 08:00 is the EtherType which in this case indicates an IPv4 packet.
 
Thank you for the information, very helpful! However, the MAC address that is the source does not match that of my modem and the MAC address doesn’t match any device on my network. Should this be a concern?
Oops, sorry. I should have said that as your cable modem is bridged it will be the MAC address of your ISP's upstream equipment that you are bridged to (rather than the modem itself). This is perfectly normal. If you look it up it's often a Cisco or Cadant device.
