I am having trouble setting time restrictions. I need to enable radio from 0500 to 2259. I went to wireless----professional and set the "enable radio" settings to make sure the radio was off from 2300 to 0459. changes were applied and i rebooted router. i was still able to get wifi from said router during the off hours. i did not use parental controls, i want all wifi from this router to be turned off at night. the router time is correct and up to date for what it is worth.

below is a test i did during afternoon hours. in reference to my test i did apply settings and reboot router, and i am still getting wifi from the router. i should not be receiving wifi since it is not 1500est as i post this.

As you didn't provide any info on what firmware and version you are using, it is hard to provide much input. If you are still using factory firmware as it came in the box, do upgrade ASAP. If you are using the current version from Asus, try the current Merlin offering or a fork of his. Also, and very important, clear the old configuration by resetting to the default state and then go back manually and put in only the minimum changes you require for your network.

See L&LD's post: http://www.snbforums.com/threads/no...l-and-manual-configuration.27115/#post-205573 for details on reconfiguring.

Also try being patient. The time settings you have may not work until you pass an off time which will disable the radios. Just testing by setting a range when the radios are supposed to be off when you started with the radios on may not work.
