Are those all ENABLED by default in ASUS WRT?

And merlin gives the option to turn them off?

EX : Forward local queries to upstream DNS, that enabled by default in asus wrt?

Not necessarily lot of settings you see on merlin firmware are only available in his build, not stock. Exceptions would be when Asus usually implement them on official firmware, recent example of this DNS over TLS. Merlin has secure upnp in his firmware but so far Asus don't have it. It is more than just hidden options which you see with Merlin.
