Asuswrt-Merlin (and its Gnuton fork) both accept user donations through Paypal. You can find Paypal links on the projects' respective pages:

Asuswrt-Merlin: https://www.asuswrt-merlin.net/
Asuswrt-Merlin Gnuton fork: https://gnuton.github.io/asuswrt-merlin.ng/

Gnuton's fork also accepts Bitcoin donations.

Please note that these should be considered as purely voluntary, and as a way of saying "Thank you" for the current work, and not be seen as payments for user requests or personal technical support.

Various Asuswrt-Merlin addons developers also accept donations - more info on this post: https://www.snbforums.com/threads/asuswrt-merlin-addon-developers-donation-links.67496/

Thanks everyone who's donated to any of these related projects!

2nd time donation.
Glad I can give back, even if just small portion of your time and hard work and effort.
Thank you!

One more going your way. Thanks man. Keep it up. Lots of people out here appreciate what you do big time.

PayPal seems to block mine (NZ):

This was not an issue over a year ago.

Another release, another donation. It's not much but I really appreciate the effort spent keeping the older models going. Thank you @RMerlin

One should add @thiggins for the tip-jar - he's paying for the bandwidth here...

People offered multiple times to donate to him, and he always refused.

There's part of me that worries that Tim at some point, might not be able to continue to support the forums here... we've seen the main site, where the content is still there, but the new CMS has issues...

At the same time, we have to acknowledge that Asus has benefited here, in a significant way - when we respond to generic Asus questions, that's one less tech support question that they have to deal with...

Plus the general Brand Awareness of SNBForums with SEO for Asus routers in general...

I certainly hope that Asus is throwing some funds directly to SmallNetBuilder - not for editorial, but for the user generated content...
