Put the 2.4GHz band to a fixed Control Channel rather than on 'Auto'. :)

... to a least-congested fixed Control Channel...

Don't use 40 MHz on the 2.4 GHz band. Too much interference in that frequency band to be able to use half of the entire band just for one router.

Hi all, after trying the method above and monitor for two days. The situation does not improved. Now not only the problems still arise, the mesh node (AC88U) keep disconnect from the router. Any clue? Thank you.

Did you reset the AX11000 before configuration, including after any firmware upgrade?

Did you run it as a standalone router first to confirm its operation before adding the [reset] AiMesh node?

Hi, I did it, I even using AC88U as router to determine it in working condition as a router prior to change to mesh node. But the problems still happened. I just disabled the 2.4GHz on my AX11000 and the last two hour, I do not rec any error message. Having said that, the mesh node (AC88U) still broadcast 2.4GNz and able to connect despite I disable the the 2.4GHz channel of the AX11000.
