AX88U Slower Speed with Ethernet

I just upgraded my Xfinity speed to 1Gig from 600mb and my AX88U is not able to go anything over 600mb with Ethernet. I get 1gig when I directly contact to the modem. This means there is something from the router..There are no FW or IPV6 enabled and still not able to exceed anything over 600mb. Any help would be appreciated.
