What version firmware is considered stable as I’m having issues since the update?

3.0.0.4.388_23012 … everything was stable and running fine until I updated. Now my connection seems to fluctuate far more often. Was getting always 10 ms ping to server on a fiber connection. Now it’s jumped to 13 ms. I know that’s minimum but it’s indicating something isn’t running as well. My 6GHZ connection keeps dropping out so I switched to 5Ghz. Now the streaming quality drops significantly very consistent. Wife’s laptop keeps losing connection.

None of this was happening before the update. I’m just not sure what version I had
