Hello All,

I am looking for a solution where, on a monthly basis, a system image of our Windows (10) clients is backed up to our QNAP-NAS automagically, so i can easily restore a crashed client. Ideally:
  • Backups are made at night, waking the machines up via Wake On Lan.
  • Images can easily be restored to a client by booting via USB / WOL.
  • The backup application runs on the NAS itself as it is one of the few machines which isn't turned off at night (and i really do not like to install additional software on our DC's ).
  • To complicate matters somewhat more, all the client HDD's are encrypted with BitLocker.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

Thanks in advance for you thoughts and answers!

Cheers, b.
