Bandwidth limiting a single port on a Cisco RV042

Occasional Visitor
I have a 10Mbps connection that is going through a Cisco RV042. We would like to have port 1 go to a computer has that has access to the the full 10 Mbps and we would like port 2 to go to a different computer that can only access the internet a 2.5 Mbps. I do need both computers to act like they are on the same LAN.

Can you please help?

Andrew

Go to the Bandwidth Management screen and use the Rate Controls.

Do you mean to limit by IP I don't see an option for limiting by port

The button right there on the image you sent. Please read your manual.

I am sorry, I think we are talking about two different things. I am talking about the physical Ethernet port on the router, not a IP port.

Sorry for the confusion
