BE98 and IPoE wan…. hardaware acceleration

Good morning everyone.
I have some problems with my ISP.
My internet plan is 2500/1000, but inexplicably i have the cap at 1000/1000
My wan link is 2.5Gps.
I have a doubt.....is it possible that IPoE does not have hardware acceleration active?

Are we talking about IPoE or PoE - two completely different things.
