Hi all,

I installed Bittorrent Sync on WD MyCloud. It would seem to run fine at times but it would also fail at times. I checked out the logs of the btsync and I saw these recurring errors:

NAT-PMP: error: Not Authorized/Refused (e.g. box supports mapping, but user has turned feature off)
UPnP: Device error "http://192.168.1.146:23060": (-2)
UPnP: Device error "http://192.168.1.1:1990/WFADevice.xml": (110) offline (timed out)
UPnP: Device error "http://192.168.1.1:8200/rootDesc.xml": (-2)
UPnP: Device error "http://192.168.1.5:49153/nasdevice.xml": (-2)
UPnP: Device error "http://192.168.1.238:2869/dms_descr.xml": (-2)
UPnP: Device error "http://192.168.1.146:2869/upnphost/udhisapi.dll?content=uuid:e4e25963-1e60-4c2d-92f8-64c216d3e4ed": (-2)
UPnP: Device error "http://192.168.1.5:9000/TMSDeviceDescription.xml": (-2)

The logs seem to point to an error within the Asus router. Any ideas how to correct or configure my router to address the errors?

Thanks

I disabled the "Use UPnP Port Mapping" option in the BitTorrent Sync and it seems to be running smoothly now.

If I'm going to enable the "Use UPnP Port Mapping" in BitTorrent Sync do I have to configure something in the Asus Router?
