Hello.

I would like to block port 23, since i don't use telnet etc. How can i achieve this via the router or advanced config? I want to block incoming and outgoing, since it's defunct to me.

Use GRC Shields Up program.
Use the “proceed”, then “all service ports” buttons.
You may find it’s already blocked........:)

Port 23 is always blocked from the internet side whether you enable it on the router or not.

As for blocking port 23 outgoing; why? What do you hope to achieve by that? Why port 23 and not the hundreds of other ports you don't use? Or maybe you don't really mean that?
