Block Youtube on client basis and schedule

Is it possible to block a specific client from using Youtube on specific schedule?

I've looked through the settings, but I'm not clear on if I can do this?

You could install Adguard on the router from amtm, and block it that way. Just experimented still connects to the domain, but you can't watch any videos.

EDIT: I install amtm and the AdGuardHome?

EDIT2: amtm is already installed with Merlins firmware I understand?
