When I do a device rename on the Network Map/View List, I can rename it anything that I want including spaces, parentheses, etc., however, when going to LAN/DHCP Server, selecting any of those from the combobox, it auto-fills that name into the Hostname field, and when I try to save it, I get a dialog saying illegal characters, and it wont let me save it that way.

This is very annoying, as I like to be pretty descriptive, and format them with parens/spaces, etc.

Any way to remove that error so that I can keep all names consistent?

The DHCP page is not for entering a description, it's for entering a hostname. Hostnames must follow strict rules. Working as intended.
