Bug in DHCP dns

Hello everyone,
I have an Asus RT-BE88U router with the latest Merlin firmware version 3006.102.4, and I found a bug on the DHCP server configuration page. When I try to enter a custom DNS server address in the DNS1 or DNS2 field and validate, it tells me the address is invalid. However, these are valid European DNS addresses: 193.110.81.0 and 185.253.5.0, which you can find here.
I'm not sure if this is a general error from Asus or an issue with the Merlin firmware, but it's definitely a problem.

In most situations, you want to put these public DNS IPs in the WAN DNS fields, so you can still benefit from local caching and local name resolution.

The .0 address gets flagged in line 1151 as variable v4.
