Can i increase the Tx power in merlin firmware?

currently using Asus latest firmware which allows me to set the Tx power just by adjusting the bar. ( Performance, Balance, Good, Fair and Power Saving). Does merlin firmware allows to set Tx power at constant 100 ?

And one more question. Can i flash Merlin firmware directly from Asus firmware page ? and switch between these two ? without any hassle ?
