Can't Modify Adaptive QoS Settings

When I go to the settings and click "customize", I get this where there used to be a dragging list:

Anyone know what's going on?

I'm on the AC68R using Merlin 378.56_2 (signature version 1.082)
 
Corrupted nvram. Switch to Game mode, apply, they switch back to Customize, and apply again.
