Circle with Disney, an app-managed smart home device that lets parents manage their family’s connected devices, just announced new integrations with Amazon Alexa and IFTTT.

Circle provides parental controls that help manage content filtering, bedtime hours, and internet access for devices including phones, tablets, computers, and gaming consoles. Using profiles, parents can customize access and limits for each individual child based on parental preferences and age.

Using “Connections”, Circle with Disney now works with Amazon Alexa’s voice command capabilities, answering questions about a child’s screen time, monitored online activities and bed time.

Connections for IFTTT lets parents take an automated route in managing their kids’ activities. By collaborating with other smart home devices and apps, Circle with Disney can pause an internet connection based on weather data showing suitable conditions outside, or change smart lightbulbs’ colors to signal a scheduled bedtime.

Connections for Amazon Alexa and IFTTT are now available for Circle with Disney. Circle with Disney is sold through retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, Target, and Walmart for $99. Monthly subscription costs for Circle Go is $4.99 for up to 10 mobile devices, and the free Circle app is downloadable from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
