Cisco prices for Mozy - other online NAS backups

New Around Here
Hi

I see that the Cisco NAS units now support Mozy online backups. I can't however get the pricing for different amounts of data backups from their site. The prices when used on Cisco NASs seem to be different to their standard Home and Pro monthly prices.

Can anyone tell me what the Mozy pricing levels are for these units.

Secondly, if I were to use another brand NAS with built in online backups also what services are available. I know Netgear has the Vault which is a bit expensive for our needs. Can anyone suggest any other providers?

Thanks

If you can't get pricing how do you know that prices are different?

I agree that there is no useful info here.

QNAP supports backup to Amazon S3 and ElephantDrive

Amazon S3 is great but beware that in addition to their $0.15/GB storage fees, they also charge for traffic and put/get requests. These fees can often be higher than the storage fees.

If you can run the online backup from a desktop, you have other options. Jungledisk Desktop Edition will allow you to backup your NAS data (UNC path) to their Rackspace cloud. Rackspace is $0.15/GB for storage with no additional fees added.

Most other online/cloud providers don't support UNC paths or mapped disks. Mozy Pro does, but its expensive. Crashplan does as well, but you'll have to do a goofy workaround to get it working (plus they won't support it).
