CM600 vs SVG2482ac as modems, which one to keep and why?

One has to go. I will be trying to use these exclusively as modems only. My situatuon is im using the netgear orbi 3 pack as wifi routers and im using the cm600 as of now with xfinity on. 250mbps plan. I understand the arris can go up to 1gb, but from a selling perspective is it worth selling it for the $100 for it now, or keeping it and selling the cm600 for like $25? Both are doc 3.0 and i believe the up/down streams are almost neck and neck?
