I have an Asus RT-AC88U router running Asus-Merlin 384.16. I am trying to configure the IPSec VPN Server using the procedure shown in https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1033574 so I can use the native VPN server capability in iOS 13.
When I try to connect to the VPN with my iPhone I get an error that the VPN server did not respond. I am also unable to connect to the VPN Server from my Windows Laptop.
Note: The Asus Router is located behind a Comcast Business Class Router. The Comcast has the DMZ set to forward everything to the Asus router. I can successfully configure and connect to the Asus OpenVPN and PTP servers.
Any ideas what the problem might be?
