Connect to Linksys EA6400 via FIOS router

I'm connected to a router which is connected to the main FIOS router that provides the internet access which is also connected to an EA6400. I can access the ftp of a USB hdd of the EA6400 if I connect to it directly via wifi, but I'd like to do it wired indirectly as currently connected. How can it be done?
