Connect two wireless routers to create new subnet (ethernet only)

New Around Here
Currently, I've got two wireless routers connected as one large bridged network. The first router is provided by Comcast, the second router is an AC3200 running Merlin in bridged media mode. I'd like to break it up into two different subnets where the second router only uses wireless to connect the routers together, but hosts on the second subnet only connect using the ethernet ports on the second router.

Basically, I want the AC3200 to act as a router and switch, but not an access point. Can this be done?
