considering RT-AC56U

Hi
I have a 360/30 internet connection and my isp supplied wifi router works great. I never really need to reboot it . I can reach to the max bandwidth no problem. However i need quite a few features that the isp router lacks. I am considering rt-ac56u as it once was the best bang for the buck . I know it is only 2x2 but so is most of the client devices. Do you think i should consider another model ?

The RT-AC56U is often dismissed, but it's a very nice balance of cost vs performance. As you noted, most clients are only 2x2 anyway.

Another product to consider is the RT-AC66U_B1 (not to be confused with the older RT-AC66U). Slightly more expensive, but it should provide better coverage.
