Couple of questions related to WAN settings

I have a GT-AX11000 PRO running firmware version 3006.102.6 and have a couple of questions regarding the WAN settings.

  1. Regarding the attached screenshot: Is my ISP able to track my online requests? The confusing part is the DNS server setting. I selected "Get the DNS IP from your ISP automatically." I assume this means I am using the ISP's DNS servers rather than the ones listed manually below. Is that correct?
  2. The "VLAN ID" circled in red is new to me. My ISP requires VLAN ID 40, so I previously configured it under LAN -> IPTV -> ISP Profile (Manual Setting) -> Internet VID 40. What is the difference between the VLAN ID setting on this WAN page and the VID setting on the IPTV page?"
Thanks

1. This first (ISP) servers are what the router uses for itself, so that it can set the date/time, etc. If enabled, the second set of DNS servers (DoT) are what your LAN clients will use.
