Cross VLAN Network Scanner

I am looking for software, free ideally but willing to pay if it works well, which can scan my home network and identify which devices are active on which IPs, what their MAC addresses are and ideally what they are (i.e. name the device). I have used FING but when I moved to multiple VLANs this did not fit the need any longer. I have 5 active VLANs so not super complicated. Any suggestions?

i think your device being used for scanning has to belong to the vlan in question - IP address. Depending how you have the IP address assignments set up ( locked to a mac address for example), you would have to just change the IP address of the device being used for scanning. If these are tied to a mac address, then you would have to make those reservations. Maybe you can automate the IP address change ?
