LBR20 is interesting device. My best speedtest result now (my version of firmware of course):

Will this work with the RBR20? Looks like they are the same except for the LTE connection.

Hi, does this help stability issues from stock FW?

I sometimes have to reboot several times a day die to purple ring or lost LTE connection.

For me it is pretty stable. I do not reboot my LBR20 because of lost LTE connection (current uptime is 20 days)

After many months of running my LBR20 on your firmware LBR20-V9.2.5.2.30SF I have to say I am very impressed, thank you very much for your work on this project, I've had the LBR20 for about 2 years now and it used to be somewhat unstable on the stock firmware, and when checking for stats with the signal and such it did not always represent the current status, running on your version however the router page responds very smoothly and all the stats and details are live. I do have a question though, if you wanted to boost the signal for this hotspot; What would be a better choice? Either to get a signal booster for cellphones like the HiBoost or WeBoost ones or to just install an antenna on the LBR20 itself? I am very curious because in my area, I don't really need additional boosting, but my mom lives deep in the mountains, and she gets about 1-2 bars of reception on her hotspot. What would be your recommendations?
I posted the stats from my own device.

As far as I know the best would be any directional antenna (aimed at the cellular base station close to your mom location). I am sorry cannot say more: I cannot be an expert in all areas... I see base station from my window (300 meters) so I do not use any antennas...

P.S.

Latest version for LBR20 is here:

It is better to use more fresh version...
