One of the first Wi-Fi Certified EasyMesh network devices to hit the home networking market, the D-Link COVR-1102 AC1200 Dual Band Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi System is a two-node wireless system that covers up to 3500 sq. ft.

With its internal antennas (2x2+2x2), maximum wireless rates for the COVR-1102 clock in at 300 Mbps @ 2.4 GHz and 867 Mbps @ 5 GHz. Physical interfaces include a GbE WAN port and a GbE LAN port.

Other listed features include compatibility with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa, parental control features, WPA3 support, Ethernet backhaul, and management using the D-Link app. Other mesh-related functions mentioned are seamless networking, smart steering and smart roaming.

Pricing wasn’t announced, but the COVR-1102 AC1200 Dual Band Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi System is available now from D-Link re-sellers and distributors.
