D-Link announced the availability of two new HD Wi-Fi cameras, , for DIYers interested in building out their own home monitoring systems.

The DCS-936L and DCS-5030L have plenty in common, including wide angle views, night vision, motion and sound detection, local recording, 720p video, 4x digital zoom, and remote surveillance capability via D-Link’s mydlink Lite app. Both cameras also have responsive recording and notification that goes into action when a movement or sound is detected in the cameras’ vicinity.
