DDNS - Should I enable

Not sure if I should enable or disable this feature on my router. Any input on this? Currently have a bunch of wireless devices (phones and xbox) hooked up to my AC66U. Any benefit of enabling DDNS?

If you didn't know what it was you probably have no need for it and should leave it disabled.
