As per the title, will there be any conflicts running diversion, skynet, freshjr's QoS enhancement, and stubby all on the same router?

Is there any reason to load them kn any certain order?

Any other pointers or words of warning / advice with this potential setup?

Hardware is asus rt-ac3200 and 384.6

I would suggest installing Stubby last, after you have the others (mostly Diversion) working correctly, since both Stubby and Diversion update the dnsmasq configuration in different ways. Hard to troubleshoot end-to-end dns issues if both changes happen at once.

But you should have no problem running all of it in the end.

None that I can think of. However, if you are installing Diversion and Skynet via AMTM menu, make sure to not install DNSCrypt if you are thinking of installing (or even when running) Stubby.
