Diversion Diversion with Wireguard Manager

On my RT-AX88U I've set up Wireguard Manager and all devices connected to it are running through VPN. I wanted to also install Diversion to block ads on all devices. However, I couldn't make it work. All devices were running on VPN but the ads were still visible.
Is it possible to make it work with Wireguard Manager?

Is diversion working before this? You probably using your VPN provider DNS. In wgm, you can run peer to check what is the DNS. In order to use diversion, you can set your router ip as DNS. @ZebMcKayhan has a detailed guide on how to change DNS.

Changing peer dns will for sure make Diversion work but it will also make you use wan dns instead of vpn dns which might not be what you want. Depending on how your system is setup there are acouple of options there.
