Solved DNS Access Control (DNSMASQ)

Hi,

I have a WireGuard tunnel established between an Asus Merlin router (India, 192.168.44.1) and pfSense (Canada, 192.168.40.1 - 192.168.80.1). DNSMASQ is running on the Asus router, but it is refusing connections to the subnets under pfSense (Canada).

Is there a way to configure DNSMASQ to allow requests from these other subnets?

Are you running the Wireguard server on the Asus? If so, have you defined to subnets in the VPN Client / Peer settings under Site to Site Usage?

Yes, I have

DNSMASQ is responding to the tunnel subnet 10.6.44.1/24, just not the 192.168.40.0/24, 192.168.80.0/24

Not sure what the issue was, but deleting the Wireguard Tunnel and recreating fixed the issue.

DNSMASQ Responding now..
