dnsmasq-dhcp error: Invalid argument

MY situation: RT-AX88U pro router with Merlin's FW and my "victim": Frontier Silicon internet radio. If i set radio to DHCP all is ok, but if i set static IP on the radio i get this error message in asus's log every minute:
Mar 10 12:56:13 dnsmasq-dhcp[44202]: DHCPACK(br0) 0.17.0.0 4c:09:fa:12:75:10 Radio_basement
Mar 10 12:56:13 dnsmasq-dhcp[44202]: Error sending DHCP packet to 0.17.0.0: Invalid argument
Radio has IP: 192.168.0.17, it's MAC is as in above log. So, why there's 0.17.0.0. mentioned in log?
Yes, i can make a dhcp reservation and radio will get desired IP, but i wonder why this is happening? I'd like to get to the bottom of this error...

I have 4 internet radios at home and only two of them produces this error if i set static IP, other two doesn't.

Any clues?

Are the affected radios connecting to Guest Network Pro? Or to the main LAN/main WiFi? If Guest Network Pro, how is the Guest Network Pro profile configured?

They connect to the main wifi. I do have guest network set up, but it's only for "special needs", like installing tuya devices (here only 2.4GHz is required when setting up) and i use it a couple of times per year and only with my phone. I don't use it for anything else.
I forgot to mention: i have AP's, too: router, mentioned above is "router", while i have also two RT-AC86's set up as AP. Same SSID name on all.
