dnsmasq-dhcp strange log entries

I just noticed my general log has the following entry every two minutes. I have not been able to determine what device is causing this. Any ideas?

I had recently tried setting up IPv6 again and evidently something went awry. I just disabled IPv6 and the log entries are no longer happening. I am just going to give up on IPv6 for now. Maybe my ISP will eventually figure it out.
