I have roaming assist enabled for the 2.4ghz band with -67 threshold, & on the 5Ghz-1 band with a -70 threshold on my RT-AC5300. Since this is a triband router there is also a 5Ghz-2 network that acts as a DWB for the nodes. Do I enable roaming assist also on 5Ghz-2? Does it hurt if I do?

If DWB means dedicated wireless backhaul and there are no roaming WLAN clients, I see no point in Roaming Assistant on that band... won't matter whether it is enabled or not.
