Does merlin support high speed with HUAWEI E3276S usb adapter?

Well the question did fit the title of this thread. I don't know what the S mean in the model name really. But this was my only option unfortunately.

I have heard that there is some module required to get max speed on 4G, and the old module did only support 30mbit something.

Maybe Merlin himself could answer?
