Download Master active download and Factory Reset

Hi,
I'm using Download Master for downloading some torrents to an external USB drive attached to the router.
I please wonder what happened to the current active downloads if I'll perform a factory reset (I have still to figure out if this is needed at every firmware upgrade and it's been a while since I performed it).
Will I loose all my currents/active downloads?
How should I proceed to recover the partial downloaded files (and to let them show in the UI) after such reset?

Download master seems to save its settings to the drive it is installed to. I did a firmware upgrade a while back with my USB drive removed and when I plugged it back after the upgrade and factory reset the added torrent resumed! You should be OK but unmount the USB before upgrading the firmware.

Correct. All settings are located in hidden .settings folder on USB drive, so your torrent should be resumed.
